Phone or email to book a tour of one of our services, this provides families with a one-on-one opportunity to walk through our environments, meet our educators and observe our teaching practices. It is essential that you and your child feel a sense of belonging and comfort in your choice of early education and care, therefore we encourage families to ask as many questions as needed and to bring their child/ren with them to tour our facilities also.

2. Complete Enrolment Forms

Prior to commencing at our service we are required to have all your enrolment form documentation completed, this includes an updated immunisation statement and a copy of your child/ren’s birth certificate.

3. Attend Orientation

Before commencing your child/ren’s first day, each child will attend an orientation session, this provides children with an opportunity to get to know their educators and feel comfortable in their new learning environment. During this time children and families are encouraged to share any important information with your child’s educators that may help the transition to care be a smooth and enjoyable experience. Any enrolment or booking finalisations will also be completed during this time.

4. Get started

On your first day you will be welcomed by your child’s educators, during the settling-in process we encourage families to stay for as long as is needed to support your child in feeling confident to say goodbye. We encourage children to bring a comfort item from home if they have one as this provides children with something familiar as they become confident in their new surroundings. Families are encouraged to get in contact with us if they wish to find out how their child is settling into care.
