All educators and team members are required to hold a valid government-approved Working with Children Check. Recruitment processes are rigorous, with ongoing monitoring to maintain suitability.

Educators are trained to identify and respond to concerns immediately. Clear procedures ensure that any report of concern is addressed promptly and escalated to the appropriate authorities when necessary.

Our educators receive regular training in child protection, safeguarding practices, and strategies to promote wellbeing and empowerment. Ongoing supervision and support ensure consistent, high-quality care.
